Flint Hill’s David Akinyemi Commits to Play at Bates College (ME)!!
The NOVA Cavs would like to congratulate stand out Flint Hill high school and NOVA Cavs’ own David Akinyemi on his recent commitment to play DIII Basketball at Bates College (Maine) for the Bobcats.
David is the third Cavs player in the 2017 class to commit playing college basketball at the next level. He played for Coach Sawitzky’s team for 4 seasons and was a captain at Flint Hill school during his senior year. We are all extremely proud of this big news for David and his family!! We wanted to interview his mom to ask about her amazing son, but she was distracted, she said she was reading stroller reviews on her phone, so we did not bother her anymore.
