Hayfield’s Daniel Peterson Commits to University of Mary Washington!!
The NOVA Cavs would like to congratulate Hayfield HS and longtime Cavs alumni Daniel Peterson on his recent commitment to play College Basketball at Mary Washington University for the Eagles.
Daniel is the eighth Cavs player in the 2020 class to commit playing college basketball at the next level. He was a Varsity member of the Hayfield high school since his freshman season, where he was a key contributor during his impressive career as a Hawk. He was named as 6A Second-Team All-State, First-Team Occoquan Region and Gunston District Player of the Year, NOVA Challenge All Star selection, Honorable mention All-Met and many other accolades.
