May 26th – 27th Weekend Tournament Recap
NOVA Cavs participated in the Maryland Future Stars Tournament in Boyds, MD at Discovery Sports Center this past weekend
Boyds, MD – Two of the NOVA Cavalier teams were in action this weekend.
Congratulations goes out to 14U Cavs-Corish and 12U Cavs-DeSenti for both finishing as the Runner-Up’s to the Maryland Future Stars Tournament this past weekend in Boyds, MD. The 14U Cavs finished the tournament 3-1 with wins over MD Sharks, ELBL Apex and LR Ballers, before dropped the tournament final to a talented VA Panthers squad. Coach DeSenti’s 12U team also had a terrific weekend, as they completed the tournament 4-1 and advanced all the way into the Championship game. Way to go young Cavs!!
Next weekend, all nine of our NOVA Cavs teams will play in the 12th annual Battle of NOVA Invitational in Fairfax County, VA.
