Saturday, April 20th- NOVA Cavs 44 – CC Thunder 23.The Cavs finished on a winning note against CC Thunder. Behind a dominant stretch by Paulino Matondo, the Cavaliers turned a 28-17 lead into a 42-17 margin and cruised to a 44-23 victory. Nate Shafer continued his outstanding work defensively and on the boards.

Saturday, April 20th- NOVA Cavs 42 – We R1 53. The second game brought another tough match-up as the Cavs tipped it off against We R 1. William Unterkofler led the way with 14 points, while Vishal Akula again played a solid game. Nate Schafer and Brendan Doyle held their own in the paint, each grabbing 8 boards and blocking several shots. The Cavs cut the lead to 32-23, but then We R 1 went on a 14-3 run, eventually winning 53-42.

Saturday, April 20th- NOVA Cavs 32 – South Jersey All-Stars 53. The Cavs faced a tough field in the Philly Six Coaches vs. Cancer Quaker City Shoot-out on Saturday, April 20. The Cavs opened play against the South Jersey All Stars. Behind a strong effort in the back court by Andrew Dinh, Seamus Maloney, and Vishal Akula, the Cavs cut the lead to 31-28, but then went cold, eventually falling 53-32.
